Federal Courts Poised For Rapid “Redistributionist” Shift (0)
One of the great unappreciated stories of the past eight years is how thoroughly Senate Democrats thwarted efforts by President Bush to appoint good judges to the lower federal courts. The net result? Almost immediately upon taking office, a President Obama would be able to pack the Courts with the sort of “redistributionist” (not to mention pro-abortion) judges he has fought for, tipping 9 of the 13 federal Courts of Appeals decisively to the left. And this is just the beginning, of a transformation where hardly any American grasps what is truly at stake.
